  • Do you offer warranty for your services?
    We offer a comprehensive and generous warranty period of 24-months/30,000km for our services and repairs, to provide our customers with peace of mind. Any issues outside of this period will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Full terms and conditions of the warranty is available in store.
  • Do you have a price list and what is your hourly charge?
    We have a list of standard jobs and our hourly rate below: - Minor service $150, plus consumables (oil and oil filter) specific to your vehicle - Hourly rate $150 Note, that any parts required during the work will be charged at a RRP.
  • Do you offer a courtesy car?
    Courtesy cars are available for your convenience. They are subject to availability - advanced bookings are essential.
  • What kind of parts do you use for repairs?
    We prioritize quality and use OEM or high-quality aftermarket parts to ensure the optimal performance of your European vehicle. We have access to a large supply network so we are able to source the perfect parts for your car.
  • How long does a typical service take?
    A typical maintenance service takes approximately 2 hours. We have a 'cosy corner' you're able to use, while your car receives some TLC. It is stocked with free Wi-Fi, refreshments, TV and a workspace.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept EFTPOS and bank transfer. No cash is kept on the premise.
  • How can I schedule an appointment?
